In this intimate little dramatic comedy, a Long Island gal suspects
that her husband is cheating on her and her neurotic family (including
Parker Posey and Anne Meara) convinces her to venture into the
big city on a "fact-finding" mission. Slowly, the tiny
fractures that separate husbands from wives, mothers from daughters,
fathers from sons, begin to show through. A nice first effort
from writer/director Greg Mottola.
